•Direct: Team Leader Asia has 23 years of support experience with Alphasemand then with EG, Strong
Electronic and Software experience with test application and process capabilities.
•Direct: More than 15 years of experience with Alphasem and with KnS supporting Die Attach Systems,
Very Strong Mechanical and Electro Mechanic skills and process experience
•Contract: 4 team members with mostly assembly experience and software IT experience.
FT USA
•Direct: Team Leader US – 25 years in support and sales with Alphasem and KNS supporting Die Attach
Systems and Wire Bonders. Excellent trouble shooting skills and process experience, holds 2
patents in dispensing and wafer handling.
•Direct: 15 years in Development and support of Test Equipment software , IDM experience with Fairchild ,
Motorola and AMD , Also has experience developing Communication software for Applied Materials.
•Contract: 2 team members with Software experience and Assembly experience, one of our team has
experience with SSS in wafer fab , wet processing equipment set up and installation.
FT EU
•Contract: 2 guys , 1 with with assembly and software experience , worked for Siemens and Delvoteck, and
the second with Techsem Switzerland
