What does it do?

• For QFN: Removes Resin Bleed /  ,and/or Tape Adhesive residue.

How?

Buffing is a mechanical method of scraping, using a special buffing wheel which is made of soft based embedded with abrasive carbide particles. Servo controls are used to spin, feed, and cut.
